Person attempting self-choking at Motel 6 in Arizona

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a possible medical emergency at a motel on West Grand Avenue in Youngtown. Reports indicated an adult male appeared to be in severe distress, at times trying to choke himself with a shirt around his neck, running behind the building, and later on his hands and knees upstairs clawing at his face and scratching his skin. Fire personnel were requested to stage nearby for the incident, which may involve an overdose or other medical issue.
