Medical emergency response reported near Jenkins Road with lanes blocked

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS requested law enforcement response for a medical-related call reported near Jenkins Road. Radio traffic indicated the eastbound lanes would be blocked at the intersection and units were asked to divert traffic off Highway 98. Updates described it as a “signal 26” involving a 13-year-old.
