Semi truck driving into oncoming traffic on SR 89

I just have 14 come to locate coming out at Yarnell for district twelve, state route eighty-nine, milepost 301 southbound, for an attempt to locate with a white semi pulling a box trailer, not able to maintain lanes, straddling the lines, causing traffic to build up, and keeps driving into oncoming traffic at 18 twenty-three.
