Domestic disturbance reported near NE Hayes Ct and Highway 101

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported domestic disturbance near NE Hayes Ct after a caller reported witnessing a domestic violence situation on/along Highway 101 in front of that location involving a separated male, a female, and two juveniles; the female and juveniles were reported to still be at the location.
