Pursuit and crash on I-35 near Wyoming exit

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates Anoka units were in a vehicle pursuit northbound on I-35 near the Wyoming exit. A black Jeep with Wisconsin plates was reportedly involved in a possible crash and then stopped on 35E north of Highway 8.
