Red vehicle blocking traffic on I-70 eastbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, troopers received a report of a red SUV or passenger vehicle blocking lanes on I-70 eastbound near mile marker 199 in the Wright City area. Units were dispatched to check the situation and assist with traffic flow.
