Saw a black Hale-A-Lontra. They observed it taking a picture of the street sign, taking pictures of houses in the area, confronted the reporting party and flipped them off. Saw another vehicle in the area also taking pictures of houses. No description on that or plate available. The Hale launcher comes back to (name withheld), the third out of River Heights Drive in Wakefield. I'm checking for priors with it now. You know it's the autumn road, no priors with that vehicle in our in house.
