The ladder, apparently they might have been running some equipment on the second floor that may have created this odor if you want to check that. As you see, we're down here now. They're running a tight threading, which is definitely giving the odor of gas, but no gas machines. You guys are good doing with the inside the building? Well, that's definitely what's creating.
