Officer checks gray SUV near river at city park

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer contacted a gray SUV on a gravel road near the river by a city park on Prospect Avenue. Later, responders were dispatched to a home near Locust Street for a 56-year-old man with ongoing leg pain and possible fluid retention.
