Reckless green Jeep throwing cans at other drivers

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised to look for a green Jeep that was reportedly littering, throwing cans at other drivers, and driving recklessly on I-29 before leaving the interstate and heading eastbound toward Worthing near 280th Street.
