Small outdoor fire from burning bag on street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and police units responded to reports of a burning smell near West 116th Street and Depot Street. Crews located someone burning a bag outside, and a resident used a fire extinguisher to help control the small fire. A separate medical call involved an elderly man whose feeding tube reportedly came out at an address on West 64th Street with an apartment unit.
