Traffic crash with man having trouble breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical crews are dispatched to a reported traffic crash near the intersection of County Highway 39 and County Highway 36 in Worcester involving an adult man who is conscious and breathing but may have breathing problems.
