Man seen hitting person in van at restaurant

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible domestic assault involving a family in a white U-Haul-style van in the back parking lot of a restaurant on West Reservoir Road in Woodstock. A caller stated an adult male was seen hitting someone before the people got into the van, and both a male and a female were reported inside the vehicle.
