Report of indecent exposure involving children near an office on Chester Pike

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were asked to check the area of Helping Hands near Chester Pike for a reported indecent exposure. The suspect is described as a tall, thin Black male wearing a black hoodie and black shorts, allegedly exposing himself to children at/near the office and believed to be outside nearby.
