Two men found breathing on street at Pole and Buckman

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to Pole Road and Buckman Road where two men, both around 40, were found lying on the street and breathing. A scene involving alcohol or drugs was reported, but no weapons were seen.
