Two rescued from river, one receiving CPR

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a swiftwater rescue near South Valencia Boulevard behind a cafe by the river in Woodlake. Deputies and fire units located one person out of the water receiving medical care and a second person pulled from the water with CPR in progress.
