Disabled car partly blocking Route 93 northbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a possible disabled vehicle on I-93 northbound near exit 27 by Montvale Avenue. The vehicle was described as a red sedan changing a tire, possibly partially in a travel lane, with another vehicle stopped behind it. A roadside assistance service was reported to be on the way, and nearby units were asked to check the scene.
