Caller reports burglary; warning shot fired as suspect remains on patio

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported burglary near N 195th Ave. The caller reported an intruder on the patio and that the complainant was threatening to shoot; a warning shot was fired into the air and another person reportedly fled. The remaining subject was described as an older man (name withheld) who allegedly used bolt cutters to cut the fence to enter the property; units had reportedly responded to a burglary there the prior day.
