Neighbors argue and make threats over missing bicycle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a neighborhood on West 11th Court for a reported dispute between neighbors. One neighbor allegedly pounded on a door and threatened to beat up the resident after a bicycle, possibly stolen, went missing. The reporting person was looking for the bicycle while the other party stayed at a nearby residence.
