Car driving with missing front wheel in Winterport

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a traffic complaint in Winterport about an older Buick or Cadillac reportedly driving on North Main Street with a missing front left wheel, last seen near a discount store on North Main Street. Tire tracks appeared to continue through town, and an officer stayed near the town line in case the vehicle returned.
