Woman verbally volatile and threatening family at home

(number withheld) US Highway 321 North for welfare check.

Caller advises that her sister, (name withheld), is upstairs in the attic and may have had too much to drink and is being verbally volatile towards the mother and making threats to also come to the complainant.

This house and be her, but she's requesting a welfare check on the mother.

Stated the sister is bipolar and possibly have been taking some of the mother's pills.
