Abandoned ATV found on roadside curve

As discussed during the dispatch call, rescue units reported a side-by-side ATV found on its side near a curve between a recreation area and the nearby interstate. The vehicle had its keys in it but no one was in or around it, and it was later reported on or near the side of the road while units stood by and notified highway authorities.
