Woman found on floor talking to herself at Beecher Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female was found lying on the floor near Beecher Avenue wearing a hospital bracelet. Officers and medics were dispatched to the scene. The woman was reportedly talking to herself earlier and then laid down. No weapons were observed and she did not appear intoxicated.
