Man found unresponsive after suspected overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Cooper Township responded to a reported overdose involving a 25-year-old man found unresponsive but breathing in a restroom near Rolling Stone Road. Clearfield EMS and state police were notified and arrived on scene.
