Man found barely breathing after fall off toilet

As discussed during the dispatch call, first responders were sent to a home near West 100 North in the Winamac area for a medical emergency involving a man who reportedly fell from a toilet and was initially unresponsive with shallow breathing. Later radio updates indicated he was awake but not speaking, though he appeared to look toward the caller when she called to him.
