As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a traffic stop in the parking lot of Rizzo’s, where a black Mercedes SUV with Massachusetts registration information provided over the radio appeared to have become disabled, possibly due to a battery issue. The vehicle reportedly could not be shifted into neutral and was partially in the roadway, though traffic was said to be able to get around it.
