Fuel odor reported outside Washington Avenue address

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to investigate a reported fuel odor outside a building near Washington Avenue. Medics were also sent to a separate apparent cardiac emergency at a residential complex on City Avenue in Lower Merion.
