Outdoor fire behind home on Cox Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in the Williamstown and West Amboy area were dispatched to a reported outdoor fire behind a residence near Cox Road, where a caller saw flames and several people using hoses. Responding units indicated it appeared to be a possible controlled burn, and most units were held at their stations while one engine from Williamstown was requested on an emergency basis.
