Elderly woman unresponsive but regaining consciousness at food bank

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency was reported near Wahoo Drive, at the food bank in the city. An elderly female initially unresponsive but breathing appeared to be regaining consciousness. Responders were informed someone would meet them outside to guide them inside.
