Loose husky reported at university student center

As discussed during the dispatch call, animal control was requested at Central State University Student Center for a loose husky. Officers noted a history of similar incidents involving the same owner. The animal control team was en route to assist and planned to relocate near the maintenance building across from the football stadium.
