It's going to be a disturbance. It was put in as a vandalism. Vandalism just occurred from Industrial St. Said hello, haven't been able to make contact. They did hear Custin in the background and say something broke and somebody took off. There was two people fighting outside and he broke the windows. We did get another call stating the same thing that there was people arguing outside. It's going to be a mentally 20s white male 5' 9".
