Downed electrical line fire near FM 453 and FM 1713

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported electrical line fire near FM 453 and FM 1713, where a line apparently broke off a pole and briefly caught fire before going out, leaving power reportedly out in the area.
