Just information at this time, Noble County took a call of a suspicious vehicle at their 80-checked 58, County Road 24 West and County Road 350 South, the residence just north of Loon Lake of a dark gray four-door sedan that was parked in front of his residence with its lights turned off.

When his children left the residence, the vehicle followed them northbound into Noble County.
