Two-vehicle crash blocks intersection of 11 and 69

As discussed during the dispatch call, two vehicles were involved in a traffic collision at the intersection of Highways 11 and 69 near Whitewright. One vehicle was not drivable, and the crash temporarily blocked the intersection while law enforcement and medical personnel responded.
