Property owner refuses to return stored motorcycle

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were called to a property near Upper Pacific Drive in Whitethorn after a person reported that a black 2001 Honda Shadow Spirit motorcycle left for safekeeping was not being returned by the property owner.
