Woman rescued from water and given CPR at marina

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible drowning near a marina off Concession Road and Lake Tyler, where a woman around 27 years old was pulled from the water and CPR was performed. Multiple law enforcement, fire, and wildlife officers appeared to assist at the scene.
