Argument between customer and cashier at 7-Eleven

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported civil dispute at a convenience store on Crain Highway in White Plains, where a person was arguing with the cashier about possible mental health issues. The person later left to go home, and both the individual and a man in the store apparently checked out okay after officers spoke with them.
