It 1-05 Doppler radar automated rain gauges in the kid of thunder circles producing heavy rain across the Warranted area of the 2 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches and 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the Warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. This flash flooding is small creek streams, urban areas, highway streets, underpasses as well other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Bellas, South, Carnegie Hall, White Marks, Kingsville, Pleasant Hill's Edgewood. Chappetown, Upper Falls, Gunpowder, Bradshaw, Ford, Chappababawin, Glenar, Magnolia, and Hyde. Remember, turn around, don't drown when you encounter, flooded roads, AKA 3B for Baltimore region, SkyWarn.
