Man threatens to poison himself at apartment complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were told a young adult male made suicidal threats and said via Instagram he was going to poison himself. An empty bottle was reportedly confirmed, but his exact location within the apartment complex near a vape shop was not known (no room/unit number).
