Attempted shed break-in reported on Elm Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible attempted residential burglary near Elm Street in Susanville. A male adult reportedly entered a yard and tried to open a shed before running northbound on Elm Street. He was described as wearing a baseball cap, with a beard, a black shirt, and black pants.
