Reported pit bull incident near Court Avenue (later stated as false report)

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were requested near Court Avenue for a report of a pit bull jumping a fence and grabbing a child. Subsequent radio traffic states it was a false report and that a dog had jumped the fence/into a yard and officers were going after the dog.
