There was a male in a grayish-blue forwarded sedan backed in up against the wall. She said there was a deceased or near-deceased dog, possibly a large Rottweiler on the ground near the car. 10-4. I coffee. and 17 just got another call from a female advising the same thing. It's going to be near the loading dock behind Target.
