I have a caller reporting that her and her neighbors have noticed that some of the screens on the second floor of Building 11 are pushed out. Another neighbor noticed that there were two garbage bags outside of the screen window that got pushed out on the ground. But they're gone now. No one saw anyone coming or leaving.
