Juvenile reportedly struck by vehicle near dental office

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to a dental office near E 2nd St in Westfield for a report of a juvenile struck by a vehicle that left the scene. The patient was reported alert and conscious, with no reported head strike, and a parent requested the juvenile be checked out.
