Man yelling and acting erratically near neighborhood park

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a man acting erratically and yelling near Pearce Drive in West Valley City. The man was reportedly swinging from trees in the neighborhood and then walked south toward a nearby park. The reporting party continued yelling at the call taker before the line was disconnected.
