Alzheimer's patient found unsupervised with alcohol

We've tended to make contacts with (name withheld) spoke to his caretaker via ring doorbell and stated that she was advised by... family member, the nephew that lives in Florida, I sign you over his information if you could add that to complaint for future parents, that he is not, he's going through some early stages of Alzheimer's and he is not allowed to hang out unsupervised with the complaint due to alcohol consumption. She was advised. He's set he's out with his age for the day, so cars will be clear.
