Property owner reports fence removed and debris dumped

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible civil complaint near Dixie Highway in West Point. A property owner states that while mowing, he discovered someone had removed part of his fence line and pushed trees and other debris onto his property. Deputies are asked to contact the caller using the information already on file.
