Police locate man reported carrying knives in alley

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers searched for a man reportedly carrying multiple knives in a black bag after he was last seen running near Fifth and Chestnut. Witnesses later reported him in an alley between Eighth and Ninth near Chestnut and High Street, where officers located him in the 700 block of High Street.
