She now has swelling and bruising on her left wrist, left knee. Patient's floating order to the time towards the GCS 15. Patient's pain is about a 5 out of 10. She states that she was cleaning her kitchen floors and just overused. Her left hand is now having pain from it. When she had her fall, she did hit her head, no loss of consciousness, no pain elsewhere, no blood centers.
