Male found sitting or lying near roadway on Route 68

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies investigated a report of a person sitting or lying near the roadway around Route 68 just north of West Liberty. A white Hyundai was associated with the call, and responders sought additional information and a second unit to help make contact after another 911 call reported a person in the roadway near a school.
